1.) Install MiniCast on your Apple Watch
2.) Enable the Share Extension in the Activity Sheet
3.) Use your favorite podcast app on the iPhone/iPad to send podcast episodes to your Apple Watch before you start your workout.
4.) Download the episode in the MiniCast app on your Apple Watch
5.) Use Bluetooth headphones or AirPods to listen to the episode.
